The COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is a growing concern to us as we are sure it is to you, our customers.
We would like to reassure you that while it is currently business as usual at our branches , we implemented a number of procedures earlier this week, based on the current HSE and WHO guidance to minimise the risk to our staff, our valued customers and the communities in which we operate in relation to the spread of Coronavirus.
All branches remain open as normal, but we would please urge customers to place their orders in advance of calling to the branch. We will have it prepared and ready for you to collect so as to minimise the risk of any content. This is just one of the many measures we are taking to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We have disinfection areas at each sales counter & we urge customers to please keep their distance from each other, to use the hand sanitiser provided, to leave their contact details as part of any traceability issues that may arise.
We have been in regular contact with our European suppliers and product partners, as we work to ensure that we have continuity of supply. While there are concerns and some challenges with transportation and logistics, we are making all efforts to ensure sufficient stock is in place.
